Website Assessment Service

Welcome to our website assessment service. This service is provided to help you with website problems you may be having. These problems can include HTML problems, CSS problems, Worpress theme problems, WordPress plug-in problems, or general website problems. In order to understand your problem fully, we need to ask you some questions about your website and the problems you are experiencing.

This form was built to be of greatest help to website and blog owners and to help reduce the risk of wasting your precious funds and time. So we have developed this easy process for helping you solve your issues:

1. Fill in as many items as possible in the form below.
2. One of our Web Professionals will evaluate your site. They will look at the following items:

• The source of the problem
• The severity of the problem (Can it be fixed easily?)
• The amount of time required to fix the problem

3. Our Response

• Minor Issue – If we know that the problem will take 5 minutes to fix, and can be easily explained in an email, you will receive instructions on how to fix the issue. Free of Charge
• Medium or Major Issue – You will be sent a link where you can download the details on how to fix the problem, and the time required to fix the issues by one of our professionals. There is a charge for these details

4. Click the Link – If you would like to download a detailed report on the issue, simply click the link in the email response where you can pay the assessment fee and gain access to the data.

Assessment Fee
This fee is simply to cover the time of our Website Professionals when they find a problem that will take some effort to fix.

We DO NOT charge an Assessment Fee for small or minor issues with your website or blog. Minor issues might be:

• mis-spelling in HTML code that cause an error
• Unclosed tags in HTML or CSS code
• A specified files does not exist

If we find that there is a problem that will take significant time to address, we will send you an email stating this is the case. Within the email will be a link that you can click on to go and download the Assessment Report. If the issues are NOT minor, we do ask for a small assessment fee of US $5.00 to download the assessment report.

If you ask us to fix the problem for you, this amount will be deducted from the fee for fixing the problem. Note: You are not obligated to download the Assessment Report or to use or services to fix the problem.

Terms and Conditions
We normally do not provide a general assessment of websites. For example, a request to “have a look at my new website design and tell us what you think” would not fall under this category. If you need some feedback on a design or idea, please use our Contact Us form.

All payments for the assessment fee are processed through PayPal. You may use a credit card or PayPal funds to settle the assessment fee. All sales are final and no refunds will be given.
