Google may add them to a corresponding interest category that might be labeled "motion picture aficionado." As we understand it, Google will enable use of the DoubleClick DART cookie in advertising served on websites with AdSense for content advertising. Thus, when a user browses an AdSense publishers' site and views or clicks an ad, the user's browser may have a cookie added.

Google requires publishers to change their privacy settings by April 15 because of their introduction of "interest based advertising" using behavioral targeting.
You have to state in your privacy policy (not privacy settings) that you are showing Google ads, and Google may put cookies in your computer to allow them to track their behavior on your site.
Check if you already have the option of Interest based ads in your Adsense account panel.
My Account > Account Settings > Interest based ads
where you can set your preference for interest-based ads.
